Schloss Britz Museum

Five rooms in the left wing of Britz Palace show how the well-off middle classes lived in the Gründerzeit. Original furniture and decor convey the feel of the late 19th century, when prosperity and national confidence after 1871 shaped a taste for Neo-Renaissance and Gothic styles. The permanent display has been there since 1989.
