Pivovarské muzeum Kostelec nad Černými lesy

The brewery museum occupies part of the brewery complex in Kostelec nad Černými lesy, built on a greenfield site after a fire in 1836 and owned by the Liechtensteins. Its production buildings largely date from the late 19th century, when the brewery switched to steam power. A visit shows both the history of brewing and how the various spaces, from the malthouse to the cooperage, evolved as production modernised.
