Památník Bible kralické

The Kralice Bible was printed in this village, and the exhibition in a modern building beside the Kralice fortress tells that story. You will see a printing press and around four thousand pieces of type, spacers and other printers' tools. Archaeological finds from the fortress are also on display, including silver thalers from 1534 and 1595, Gothic tiles showing the Resurrection, and fragments bearing the likeness of Lady Judita. Outside stands a monument to the book, erected in 1936.
