Neumarkter Brauereimuseum
Neumarkt in der Oberpfalz, Bayern
In the cellar of the Neumarkt Bräustüberl, historic equipment and tools document 14 generations of a brewing family active since 1574. From wooden brewing vats to a mechanised bottling line, they show how beer making has changed. Letters and documents add to the collection. The rooms sit in the 800-year-old foundations of the inner and outer town wall.
