Národopisné muzeum Plzeňska
Plzeň, Plzeňský kraj
On Republic Square in Plzeň, this ethnographic museum occupies the Gerlach and Chotěšov houses, saved from demolition in the early 1900s. It opened in 1915 and, after a reconstruction in 2021–2023, offers new permanent exhibitions on the everyday life of people in the Plzeň region from the 15th to the 20th century. It is a branch of the West Bohemian Museum.
