Nahverkehrsmuseum Kleinbahnhof Wohldorf

This little station at the edge of the Wohldorf woods dates from around 1907 and was the end of the line for the electric light railway from Alt-Rahlstedt and Volksdorf. Inside, the museum traces the story of the Walddörfer tram and of local public transport in Hamburg and the surrounding area. A model railway layout is a major part of the display. From Ohlstedt U-Bahn station it is a 1.6 km walk, partly along the old railway route through the forest.
