N-S 71 V sedle
Náchod, Královéhradecký kraj
This infantry bunker from Czechoslovakia's pre-war fortifications stands in woods above Náchod, at 587 m. In the 1980s it was rebuilt to secure communications for the interior ministry during the Cold War, and it now houses the Cold War Museum Kahan III. A curiosity is the ceiling of the left wing, thickened to 3 m, a depth normally used only in sturdier bunkers.
