Muzeum Ziemi Torzymskiej w Ośnie Lubuskim

Ośno Lubuskie, lubuskie

Housed in the town hall of Ośno Lubuskie, in rooms that once held the police station, this museum traces the history of the town and the Torzym area from prehistoric times. You will find a ceramics collection reaching back to the Bronze Age, prints, old everyday objects, militaria and a model of the town as it was in the 12th–14th centuries. It also tells of local figures, among them Oskar Dörfler, inventor of the baleron sausage.
