Muzeum Ziemi Nidzickiej w Nidzicy

Nidzica, warmińsko-mazurskie

Inside Nidzica castle, a permanent exhibition follows the story of the area from the Prussian era to the Second World War. Four rooms hold town memorabilia, copies of infantry weapons used at the Battle of Grunwald, and furnishings from Masurian peasant homes. You can also visit the Knights' Hall, once the bailiff's seat, chapel and refectory, a gallery of Hieronim Skurpski, and a viewing room in the former Teutonic granary, known as the Gallery under the Beam.
