Founded in 1908, this museum covers the history, culture and art of eastern Kuyavia and the Dobrzyń Land. It occupies a building on Słowackiego Street dating from 1930. Early in its history it put on an ethnographic exhibition built around a reconstructed Kuyavian cottage.
