Contemporary art is shown here inside a huge wartime air-raid shelter on Strzegom Square in the Szczepin district. The six-storey reinforced-concrete bunker has walls over a metre thick, and the building is part of the experience. Expect changing exhibitions of contemporary art and a collection that includes Wrocław art from the later twentieth century. Outside, a steam locomotive on rails rises towards the sky in the sculpture Train to Heaven.
