Muzeum Woli

Warszawa, mazowieckie

A neo-Renaissance villa built in 1880 for the sculptor Aleksander Sikorski now tells the story of Warsaw's Wola district. The permanent exhibition, the Wola Cabinet, works through fifteen themes from the Middle Ages to the present, using photographs, archival documents and museum objects. It covers the district's industrial heritage and its part in the elections of Polish kings. The renovated building is accessible to visitors with limited mobility.
