Muzeum Vysočiny Pelhřimov

Housed in the château on Pelhřimov's main square, this regional museum tells the story of the town and the surrounding Vysočina highlands. Its collections grew from objects shown at an ethnographic exhibition in 1895 and from private collections. The museum also looks after the town's old jail, the little house of F. B. Vanek and Kámen Castle, which can be added to the same trip.
