Muzeum Sakralne Katedry Zamojskiej

Zamość, lubelskie

Two historic buildings beside the cathedral in Zamość hold its church treasures: the Vicarage, from the first half of the 17th century, and the Infułatka, from the late 16th. You will see liturgical vestments, the oldest from the 16th and 17th centuries, along with chalices and other vessels, reliquaries, votive offerings, church books, and portraits of prelates and Zamoyski heads of the estate, including coffin portraits. One highlight is the coronation alb of King Michał Korybut Wiśniowiecki. A second exhibition covers technology and architecture.
