This museum is devoted to the crafts and industry of south-eastern Poland, with a focus on Krosno and its surroundings, as well as artistic crafts. It began in the historic House with a Clock on ul. Piłsudskiego, renovated in 1984–1987. It opened in 1990, born of an idea from local Krosno craftsmen.
