Muzeum Regionalne Ziemi Sulmierzyckiej w Sulmierzycach

Sulmierzyce, wielkopolskie

The museum sits in a wooden town hall from 1743, the only one in Poland built entirely of timber. Archaeology and history fill the ground floor and ethnography the upper floor, with old photographs, costumes, militaria, guild chests and Greater Poland's oldest shooting-guild target, from 1882. The Jakub windmill of 1795 also belongs to the museum.
