Muzeum Piaśnickie w Wejherowie

Wejherowo, pomorskie

The museum is housed in a villa built in 1926 by Wejherowo physician Franciszek Panek and seized by the Gestapo after the outbreak of war. It documents German crimes in Pomerania during the Second World War, above all the mass executions at Piaśnica. The building is part of that story: its cellars were used to store belongings of the murdered.
