Muzeum Pamięci Mieszkańców Ziemi Oświęcimskiej

Oświęcim, małopolskie

This Oświęcim museum is about the people who lived here: residents of the Oświęcim region during the Second World War, and above all those who risked their lives to help prisoners of the Auschwitz camp. It adds a local, human perspective to a visit to the town's better-known memorial sites. The museum also runs museum lessons and workshops, which must be booked in advance, and hosts meetings, concerts and conferences.
