This small museum in a guard house from 1828 tells the story of the horse-drawn railway between České Budějovice and Linz. The house on Mánesova Street was home to guards who watched over the rails and maintained the line; in the 1970s the whole building was moved to make room for a wider road. It is a branch of the South Bohemian Museum.
