The museum fills the ground floor of an eighteenth-century town hall in the middle of Przasnysz's market square. Its collections are archaeological and historical. You will see Neolithic axes and flint arrowheads, Lusatian culture pottery, medieval battle axes and spearheads, and seventeenth-century apothecary vessels. It has been open since 1980.
