Museum „Schwarzes Roß“
Hilpoltstein, Bayern
Behind the Schwarzes Roß brewery inn, five floors cover the history of house building and of Hilpoltstein itself. In the cellar lie the remains of a 16th-century wheat beer brewery, found during renovation in the 1990s. The brewhouse and beer cellar are still well preserved, while the brewing kettle and still are replicas.
