Museum Bensheim

On the grounds of the former Lorsch monastery court, right by the market square, this museum tells the story of Bensheim and its surroundings. The permanent display spreads over three floors and runs from prehistory through archaeological finds to the present day. The collection, gathered since 1909, holds around 30,000 pieces. There are also educational programmes for different age groups.
