Molchner Stolln

This former silver and tin mine in Pobershau can be explored underground; parts of it were opened to visitors as early as 1934. Mining here goes back to the 16th century. Highlights include a working replica of a mine pumping engine and a boundary stone from 1733 whose inscription has been deciphered.
