Letohrad's town museum is on Václavské náměstí and is part of the local cultural centre. Besides exhibitions and events, it offers a Jára Cimrman room, a spooky cave, night-time ghost tours and an orangery in the castle park. A new exhibition in Letohrad castle is due to open in November 2026.
