Kulm-Keltendorf

Pischelsdorf am Kulm, Steiermark

At the foot of the Kulm near Weiz, an open-air museum brings Styrian prehistory to life. Ten reconstructed huts stand inside a palisaded village, populated with figures, and show house types from more than 4,000 years of settlement, from the Stone Age to the Celtic period. The village was built in 1999 and is described as the first prehistoric open-air museum in Styria.
