Technical heritage is the focus here, in the old agricultural school building. You can follow the development of coachbuilding through the Carrosserie Sodomka firm and see a display of Stratílek firefighting equipment. A branch in the town centre, the Vysoké Mýto Region Museum, covers local history. The museum also looks after a Baroque complex at Vraclav.
