Kirchenmuseum Kößlarn

Two medieval gatehouses of Kößlarn's fortified pilgrimage church house this museum, along with the covered wall walk and its arrow slits between them. The rooms are remarkably well preserved, and the 15th-century defences ring the church and the clergy houses. The displays show religious art tied to the pilgrimage, including votive paintings from the 18th and 19th centuries. It has been open to visitors since 2008.
