Kettenschmiedemuseum Fröndenberg

In the former storehouse of a paper mill, this museum shows how chain smiths made chains by hand. Its equipment includes a forge fire from 1910 that was used in a chain factory. It also tells the story of chain making in the Sauerland, where factory work and home work long existed side by side.
