Katzensteiner Mühle Weyer

Weyer, Oberösterreich

On the Gaflenzbach, just before it joins the Enns, stands a fully working mill dating from 1820. It was taken down at its original site and rebuilt faithfully here in 1978. In the demonstration mill you can watch flour and semolina being made, while the Troadkasten (grain store) tells the history of milling. A fish ladder and a sawmill are also part of the grounds.
