At the edge of the Vienna Woods in Baden, this museum collects folk culture, crafts and everyday objects, mostly made in Lower Austria. There is also a sizeable collection of historic cutlery, religious folk art, historic weapons and uniforms, and a small group of items on pre-industrial criminal justice. The museum has existed since 1905.
