Historische Ziegelei Pape Bevern
Bremervörde, Niedersachsen
This old brickworks in the district of Bevern is preserved as an industrial museum, showing how bricks were made. You can see the treading pit, drying sheds, the well, the single-chamber kiln of 1840 and the Hoffmann ring kiln of 1912. Production ran until 1973, and the site has been open to visitors since 2001.
