Heimatmuseum Wulmeringhausen

Housed in a former farmhouse that now serves as the village community hall, this small museum fills four rooms and the hallway with local history. You will find displays on school, church and village clubs, craftsmen's tools, and farming and forestry equipment. Around 300 historic cast-iron plates are the highlight. One room is devoted to the lead and zinc mining that went on here from 1750 to 1903, with plans, photos, miners' tools and minerals.
