Heimatmuseum Günzburg

Housed in a former Piarist college of 1757, this museum spreads over three floors and 16 rooms. You will find prehistoric and Roman finds, including a full-scale reconstruction of part of a burial ground, minerals and fossils, two fully furnished Biedermeier rooms and a room on the town's Further Austrian past. There is also sacred art, furniture, folk items and a large toy collection.
