Freilichtmuseum Schmiedleithen

Schmiedleithen is a fully preserved scythe-forging complex in the valley of the Rinnerberger brook, making up most of the hamlet. Visitors see the old and new manor houses, workers' quarters, workshops, storehouses and stables, plus a manor garden with a glasshouse. The origins go back to 1603, and production stopped in 1967.
