Expozice Telčské podzemí

Cellars, some of them on several levels and linked together, run beneath Telč's main square, once used for storage and as shelter in times of danger. The exhibition covers 150 metres of restored vaults, where multimedia presentations explain the town's history and present, and a three-dimensional animation shows the underground and the houses above it. The entrance is from the courtyard of the art school, and legends tell of passages leading out of town.
