Erkenbert-Museum
Frankenthal, Rheinland-Pfalz
The collection of this town museum on Rathausplatz runs from grave finds of around 500 AD to industrial products made locally in the 20th century. It tells Frankenthal's story and also looks at local culture and art. It is named after Erkenbert, who founded the town's Augustinian monastery in 1119; remains of it still stand as the Erkenbert ruin.
