Dorfmuseum Mönchhof

Some 35 buildings show how farmers and craftsmen in the Heideboden lived between about 1890 and the late 1960s. This open-air museum is a whole village, with a school, inn, grocer's, cinema, municipal office, post office, fire station, dairy, farm machinery workshop and church. Workshops, tools and furnishings fill the buildings. It lies in the Seewinkel area by Lake Neusiedl.
