A former power station, built in 1907 and expanded in 1929, now houses a science centre that keeps its historic machinery. The permanent exhibition, Energy Processing, fills the old halls. Interactive exhibits let you run your own experiments in acoustics, electromagnetism, optics, fluid mechanics, heat conduction and radioactivity.
