Alt-Segeberger Bürgerhaus

Bad Segeberg, Schleswig-Holstein

Built in 1541 as a simple half-timbered hall house with brick infill, this is the oldest house in town and one of the few small-town burghers' houses of its period left in Schleswig-Holstein. It was extended and altered many times over the centuries. Its historic rooms have housed a museum since 1964, and the permanent displays now take up themes from the history of Bad Segeberg.
