Alt-Arnstorf-Haus

Arnstorf, Bayern

Built in 1759 for a craftsman and smallholder, this timber house is among the oldest surviving in Arnstorf, a few steps from the market square beside the Steinbach. Inside, the local museum shows furnishings and household goods from around 1900 and a completely preserved cobbler's workshop. The outbuildings hold the town's oldest fire pump, a historic hearse and farm tools from the early 19th century.
