Muzeum Zofii Kossak-Szatkowskiej w Górkach Wielkich

Zofia Kossak-Szatkowska, the Polish novelist, lived in this small gardener's house in the grounds of an old manor in Górki Wielkie from 1957 to 1968. Today it holds her photographs, family keepsakes, manuscripts and typescripts. Visitors walk through the dining room, study, kitchen and bedroom, which show how the writer lived. It opened to the public in 1970 and is a branch of the Museum of Cieszyn Silesia.
