Muzeum Cukrownictwa w Pszennie

Set within a working sugar factory, this museum explains how sugar is made, from the beet and other raw materials through production methods and laboratory tests to storage and packing. Documents, photographs, paintings and film add to the displays, and many exhibits date from the first half of the 20th century. There is a recreated early 20th-century director's office, and beet-farming machinery stands outside.
