Muzeum Biograficzne Władysława Orkana "Orkanówka" w Porębie Wielkiej

The wooden house of the writer Władysław Orkan, built in 1905–1906 in the Zakopane style to a design by Andrzej Galica. It sits alone on the slope of Pustka in the Gorce hills, about 3.5 km from the village, beside the green trail from Niedźwiedź to Turbacz. Inside are keepsakes of the writer, and the walk up is part of the visit. The house is on Lesser Poland's wooden architecture trail.
