Mauzoleum Martyrologii Wsi Polskich w Michniowie

This memorial in the village of Michniów commemorates Polish villages destroyed during the Second World War, above all the pacification of Michniów itself. The site includes the House of National Remembrance, the Sanctuary of the Martyred Villages of Poland, a cemetery with the victims' grave, and the Pietà of Michniów monument. It is both a place for quiet reflection and a museum of village life under occupation.
