Everything here revolves around garnets: the exhibition covers mineralogy, the history of garnet mining and their use as gemstones. Inside are a garnet room and a gem-cutting workshop. A tunnel leads out to the digging area, where visitors can search for garnets themselves. The museum occupies a former costume factory, with the garnet gorge accessible alongside.
