Seeboden am Millstätter See, Kärnten
Around 3,000 young and old bonsai of 120 plant types and varieties grow here by the Millstätter See, set within Japanese garden art. The private museum has existed since 1976 and, on about 15,000 square metres, claims to be the largest of its kind in Europe. Bonsai can be bought, and courses and workshops are offered.
