Bunker 29 – Industriemuseum Waldkraiburg-Aschau

Set in a preserved 1940 building of the former gunpowder factory, this museum appeals to sight, hearing and smell. Six rooms tell the story of Waldkraiburg and its industry, from the powder-works era and the peaceful reuse of the bunkers after the war to the economic fresh start. Highlights include the Pumpen-Dickow design office, the smell of post-war rubber production and 1950s sweet-making.
