Kindheitsmuseum

This Baltic Sea museum shows how children have grown up since 1890, through toys, everyday life, schooling and work. A highlight is the Schule Anno Dazumal classroom, which recreates lessons around 1900 with original furniture and historic teaching materials. Other exhibitions look at gender roles for girls and boys and at the first day of school. It suits families and school groups well.
