Žijící skanzen

This open-air museum of folk buildings in Jindřichovice pod Smrkem lies in the Frýdlant region of northern Bohemia. A timber-framed house holds a museum of local history with farm tools, a loom, kitchenware, and a furnished smithy and carpenter's workshop, showing life in the 18th and 19th centuries. The grounds also have a working windmill, said to be the only one in the Czech Republic open to the public, with an exhibition on the country's other windmills.
