Villa rustica Leutstetten
Starnberg, Bayern
On the edge of farmland south of Leutstetten lie the excavated remains of a Roman country estate that lasted about fifty years. You can make out the L-shaped plan of the small manor house and its bath, aligned to the north towards the Karlsberg. The site was excavated in 2001–02 and opened to visitors; finds from a well are of scholarly interest.
